  1. ooh this is lovely! I must have a go – my summer preserves have all been eaten already! (plum jam, bottled plums, apricot jam, bottled apricots) – my family wouldn’t last long on the prairies …

  2. That looks so good! I like the idea of preserves that don’t use sugar. That’s probably why the only preserve I make is preserved lemons. Although I do always bust out the green tomato chutney recipe because I can’t bear to throw my green tomatoes away.
